This lovely Tui is from my collection of freehand machine embroidered bird cushions. This is a drawing in black cotton of the native New Zealand Tui. They are made to order, (lead time of 3-5 days) and can be either made as a cushion cover or I can stretch the fabric across a frame for display.  The bird has been freehand machine drawn onto 100% NZ wool. I also embroider this bird onto Linen.
Owls are embroidered with black polyester thread onto Natural NZ wool, or onto linen. The cushions have a zipper closure.
Cushions are 42cm x 42cm. 
Tui is approx. 23cm high.
